Our Team

With a combined 134 years of experience between all of the Reese Construction team members, you can be assured your project will be completed correctly the first time around. This small family owned business has grown to include four full time lead carpenters and three dedicated office staff members.
Reese Construction, Inc. is an active member of the Home Builders Association of Lincoln and the Remodelers Council of Lincoln.

Herb Reese, CGR, CAPS – Founder

Herb graduated from Southeast Community College in Milford from the Building Construction Technology Program. Not only has Herb spent his life remodeling, he has given back to the local industry by serving in Lincoln´s professional builders and remodelers association. Herb served as the Chairperson of the Remodelers Council of Lincoln in 1995. He also served on the Board of Directors for the Home Builders Association of Lincoln for several terms, and serves on several committees for the Home Builders Association. Herb has taken his remodeling to the next level by earning the Certified Graduate Remodeler and Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist certifications. As Sales and Estimating Manager, Herb oversees the entire team at Reese Construction, Inc. to ensure that quality and customer service comes first.

Erin Magnussen, CGR, CAPS, CGP – Business Manager

Erin graduated from Peru State College in Nebraska with her Bachelors in Business Management. Erin has worked at Reese Construction since 1998. Also dedicated to increasing the professionalism of the local industry, Erin served as the Chairperson of the Remodelers Council of Lincoln in 2004. Erin believes strongly in always learning more about the remodeling craft and business practices. Erin earned her Certified Graduate Remodeler, Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist and Certified Green Professional certifications. Additionally, she was instrumental in implementing a nationally recognized education program through the Remodelers Council of Lincoln.

As Business Manager, Erin is involved in all steps of the remodeling process. Erin estimates the jobs and assists clients with their selections. Erin is also our Kitchen salesperson and works closely with customers to achieve their desired Kitchen.
